Foods that are an obligatory menu every living human being no exception contains macro and micro nutrients in it.

+ MineralsDa good healthy food must meet the following criteria and requirements:
- Easy to digest body
- Containing water either through food or drink approximately eight glasses a day
- Contains the macro and micro nutrients, namely carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals and amino acids

So basically the food is expensive does not always meet the requirements of good food. In addition there is the portion or quantity of each food substances that need to be fulfilled. Lack or excess of each food substance will cause problems for the body of living beings, so we need to beware.
